For shipping, orders are processed and shipped from their warehouses within 2 business days. The delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at the destination, once the parcels have left the warehouse. Rural parts of the U.S can expect their orders within 8 - 10 business days. Shipping across the United States is free of charge for customers. They currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. They do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time.

Please note that Flybird Fitness will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was a result of their error. In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer.
